Puerh Tea, originated in Yunnan, is a general term for various Yunnan pressed tea made from fermented and steamed green tea or black tea, including Tuocha, cake tea, square tea, and compressed tea.

Puerh tea trees belong to the camellia family, megaphanerophyte with the height of 16 meters and the diameter at breast height of 90 cm. The twigs are slightly hairy and the apical buds are white pubescent.

Harvesting of Puerh green tea leaves can be carried out from late February to mid-November every year. The large-leaf tea trees planted in Si and Pu areas can produce 5 to 6 rounds a year, and the growing period is more than 300 days.

The tea infusion is red, strong and bright, the aroma is unique and fragrant, the taste is mellow and sweet, and the brewed tea leaves is even and reddish-brown
