Chun Mee (literally:precious eyebrows), is a popular green tea and gets its name from the curve of the processed leaf, the teas which has similar shape of Chun Mee which of higher grade, can be called: Xiang Cha, or Yunwu green tea( Cloud & Mist Green Tea）. The leaves are carefully hand rolled into the shape of eyebrows and then pan-fried. The pan-fried leaves produce a highly fragrant, yellow-greenish brew with a distinctive, sweet flavor, and is known for its plum-like sweetness and smoothness.
